SUNDAY WORSHIP
The congregation gathers each Sunday morning at 10 a.m. for worship.


KICK-OFF SUNDAY
The first Sunday after Labor Day
A casual worship service followed by intergenerational games, fellowship and “pot luck” lunch. This celebration “kicks off” the official Church year.


FOUNDERS’ DAY
The third Sunday in November
A worship service honoring Rev. Joseph Badger and his followers who founded FPC. A congregational dinner follows the service.


ADVENT

Alternative Christmas Gift-Giving - an opportunity to learn about and donate to various local and national charities; usually held the second Sunday of November before and after the worship service.

Love Tree – congregants optionally select anonymous tags of needy children of Willard School, our partner in Adopt-a-School, and buy them Christmas gifts.

Christmas Eve
5:30 p.m. - family worship service with youth involvement and the Elastic Band.
10:30 p.m. - choral and instrumental presentations prior to the candlelight service.
11 p.m. - traditional candlelight service with biblical lessons, carols and Communion.

LENT
Ash Wednesday - 7 p.m. - traditional imposition of ashes
Palm Sunday - 10 a.m. - traditional service including the distribution of palms.
Maundy Thursday - 7 p.m. - a liturgical drama includes Communion.
Easter Sunday - 10 a.m. - celebration of Easter culminating in the singing of the “Hallelujah Chorus” by the choir and congregation.

YOUTH SUNDAY
A spring worship service conceived, written and conducted by the youth of FPC.
